In 2024, we partnered with Ericsson to deliver their largest internal event to date — an engaging and high-energy evening for over 1700 employees at Unibet Arena, Estonia’s biggest indoor venue.
The concept focused on universal enjoyment through great music, delicious food, and a warm, shared atmosphere — elements that transcend language and bring people together.
What made this event unique was the opportunity to combine our setup with the Estonian Music Awards (EMA 2024). We utilized Estonia’s largest sound, light, video, and stage infrastructure, operated by the country’s top technicians, to transform the arena into a dynamic and immersive celebration space.
The evening featured a variety of performances, curated entertainment, and culinary experiences designed to make the night truly unforgettable for Ericsson’s global team.
